One of the highlights of All Awesome's Eve was the costume contest. The winner would walk away with the grand prize of a $40 gift certificate to University Wine Shop, and the losers would walk away, well, losers. The competition was fierce and the voting was tough, mostly because we all disagreed and we were all drunk. Here are the entrants, though. Pictures courtesy of Whitney. Here are Erica and Andrew as...shit, I can't remember the movie. I just searched imdb for an hour and I'm stuck. Sorry kids, though they were cool costumes.
Here's Jen as Marlene Deitrich and Tim as Frank Castle, The Punisher, replete with grenades. Which he lost on the floor.
Here we have Matt as "Death dressed as a cowboy," Pete as Curt Schilling's bloody sock, and Whitney as a dude. With a cock out. Getting a handjob from Pete. Yeah, you heard me.
Moving on, we have Sara as a bunny and Owen as a gladiator.
Last but not least, we have Tommy as RC Bad Guy from the Landing Party Records site, and, again, Matt as Death as a cowboy and Pete as Curt Schilling's bloody sock.
In the end, we couldn't pick one ultimate victor. The grand prize went to Pete as Curt Schilling's bloody sock (the timing was fantastic, and the originality couldn't be passed up). Honorable mention, however, went to Tommy as the Random Monster and to Tim as The Punisher. They each got to grab as many nips as they could handle from the Bobbing For Nips bucket.
